Course architecture
During this training in human resources (HR), several aspects of personnel management will be addressed, specifically for participants who do not necessarily have training in this area. In fact, it happens that in small or medium-sized businesses (including NPOs), over the years, one person is put in charge of HR. This means more responsibilities, but also more obligations to respect. However, these obligations are not always known or fully understood. This training on the day-to-day management of human resources in a non-unionized environment aims to give participants the means to do their work in a way that respects people and regulations.
Among the points covered are labour standards, human rights, pay equity, harassment, job interviews, job terminations, etc.
Learning Unit 1- Job Posting
At the end of this unit, the participant will be able to identify elements that contravene the legal framework in a job description. They will also be able to identify the best practices to follow when posting a job.
