Renée-Claude holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from HEC Montréal. She also obtained certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF), is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), and has the experience required to manage and interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) profiles as well as Team Coaching International (TCI) team diagnostic tools.
