François Therrien is a senior management consultant who helps organizations diagnose and improve their performance. His experience includes leading workshops (kaizen), optimizing and mapping processes, implementing a performance management culture and coaching individual managers. He particularly enjoys the challenges of reducing lead times and increasing capacity. Passionate about identifying opportunities within an organization, he analyzes work processes and management and communication systems to pinpoint productivity opportunities and recommend implementation strategies for rolling out improvements. François Therrien is recognized as a change agent in leading complex, multi-functional improvement projects.
Among other things, Mr. Therrien has managed mandates and analyses in Canada and the United States for companies in a variety of sectors, including municipal, healthcare, transportation, services, retail, manufacturing and more. These different experiences have enabled him to implement and support an organizational culture focused on performance, team mobilization and continuous improvement, while implementing a structured problem-solving approach with customized management tools, dashboards and communication points.
François holds a degree in Business Administration, a Master's in Strategic Project Management and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.
