Along with Catherine Landry, Annie Gauthier is the Co-founder of Leadeo.
She guides and supports teams, managers and professionals in the process of innovation and Design Thinking. More specifically, she helps them develop strategies that foster their ability to innovate and transform themselves in order to find innovative solutions and meet their objectives.
For 20 years, Annie worked as a manager and consultant in the field of learning and organizational development as well as in the area of talent and transformation management.
She is a natural leader who is able to lead people to collaborate and experiment with new approaches. She contributes to creating strategic and global visions that make innovation projects a reality.
Annie completed a program on the strategies for creating innovation ecosystems at MIT Sloan. She also holds a specialization diploma in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia (Darden School Foundation, Executive Education). In addition, she completed training on Theory U given by MITx as well as training on Design Sprint. Annie holds a Master’s in Training Management as well as a Bachelor’s in Management and a Certificate in Human Resources from Université de Sherbrooke.
