A lawyer by training, with an MBA and coaching certification, Caroline has gained management experience, supervising up to 100 employees at various companies, including CGI, Bombardier, Fxinnovation, Aplustransition and New York Life (USA).
In 2015, Caroline moved to Alabama and joined New York Life as a financial advisor. She quickly joined the accelerated management program until she became the first female manager in the Southern United States for this company, after 172 years of existence.
In 2019, she was honored with the “Partner of the Year” award for her team's performance and recruitment.
I
n June 2020, she returns to Montreal and begins a new career as a sales and mindset coach. Caroline currently has over 300 financial advisors, managers and entrepreneurs under her belt, helping them improve their mindset, their approaches and achieve their performance goals.
