Catherine-Julie Charette is an organizational development professional and organizational agility pioneer with over 25 years' multi-sector experience in management, training and conference design and delivery, practice improvement and coaching in Canada and abroad.
She has worked for major corporations such as Bell Canada, France Télécoms, Cirque du Soleil, Banque Nationale, KPMG and Bombardier, as well as in several public sector organizations.
She holds a Master's degree in Organization Development, as well as :
- ACC from the International Coach Federation (ICF)
- PCM Trainer from the Process Communication Model (PCM)
- TPLC Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training from the Center for Transformational Presence
- ICP-LEA Leading with Agility from Agile Leader Academy
In 2011, she founded her company with the aim of developing more agile organizations and leaders by focusing on levers such as job satisfaction, collective intelligence and team learning, communication and leadership. Her customers appreciate her pragmatism and her enthusiasm for relationships.
