Trained as an engineer, Fabien Marzolf holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
From academia, to multinationals and SMEs, Fabien has a solid track record of nearly 20 years' experience in management, change management and the implementation of technological solutions designed to increase organizational efficiency.
Passionate about process improvement and thrills, he now divides his time between running a skydiving business and delivering dynamic, participative training courses.
