Lamia Rarrbo is much more than an organizational performance engineer, trainer, coach and mentor. She embodies a passion for personal and collective growth, a determination to put people at the heart of strategy, and a clear vision for a world where each individual realizes their power to influence and inspire change.
Lamia has followed an atypical career path: from operational research to industrial engineering, from Systems Dynamics to Lean Management, and with 15 years' experience in organizational development, navigating between the fields of customer experience and the process approach, she decided to add a new string to her bow by certifying as an ICF (International Coach Federation) professional coach.
Her mission is clear: "To develop organizations and leaders who are catalysts for transformation, using levers such as action learning, collective intelligence, team coaching and leadership", because, as John Whitmore put it, "Lean and coaching together form a virtuous circle of unparalleled performance improvement".
In addition to her engineering degree and Master's in Industrial Engineering, she holds these certifications:
Certified Professional Coach (ICF)
Certified Coach (The Life Coach School)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Shingo Institute)
Since 2021, she has been the host of the podcast ''Cultive Ton Potentiel'', which makes the principles of human development accessible.
Lamia possesses that rare ability to combine solid technical expertise with a deep understanding of the human side of organizations.
