President of Caméléon RH, Marie-Andrée was bitten by the recruitment bug over 15 years ago. This passion developed through meeting people who shared with her a piece of their story, a slice of their life. This enabled her, and still enables her today, to help them find the ideal opportunity that matches their values and colors. Since then, she has built up a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and team management, both locally and internationally. Her wish is to help companies become better at not only acquiring talent, but also integrating new employees!
