Patrick Blandeau has over 25 years' experience in project management, portfolio management and Agile coaching in various organizations in Canada and the United States.
Patrick is a lecturer in project management at two universities, including HEC Montréal. He has led several transition projects from Waterfall to Agile strategies, mastering Lean methodologies and applying the best change management strategies with a PROSCI framework. For several years, he participated in the PMI Montreal mentoring program.
