She often participates in a variety of events, conferences, and training sessions, both in Canada and abroad, in search of innovation and insight on recruitment and employer branding.
She is also involved in employability at Mentorat Montreal and Interconnexion, as a board member at Objectif Emploi, and as a Cybermentor at JobAcademos. She regularly works with the OIQ, universities, and various associations on job search techniques, personal branding and interviewing.
