Since graduating in Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montreal, Sophie Morin has worked in the fields of industrial engineering, innovation and education.
First, she worked as a logistics consultant and then a project manager in events. After, she taught Science in the best High schools in the Montreal area.
A lecturer at Polytechnique Montreal for the past 7 years, Sophie received her PhD in cognitive ergonomics in December 2016.
As a researcher, she is interested in creativity, cognitive processes and pedagogy. Her thesis focused on developing a robust theoretical model to teach creativity to future engineers.
She also completed postdoctoral studies at HEC Montréal in collaboration with the Chair of Leadership.
