LU 2 - Context external to the organization - related to production factors Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will be able to identify opportunities and barriers to funding and talent acquisition to foster innovation. This learning unit refines the diagnosis and deepens our analysis of production factors, including:

- access to and use of technology
- skills, quality and performance of employees.

LU 3 - How to identify external partnerships that foster innovation Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will be able to identify opportunities and partners for innovation. - Summary description of the LU
This step allows us to finalize the diagnosis by identifying, in the organization's external environment, the resources and levers that accelerate its development, namely
- the mobilization of external services,
- the exploitation of research results
