Learning Unit (LU) 1 - Internally: How to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization to innovate
Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their organization with respect to innovation.
This first learning unit provides a diagnosis of the internal context of the organization, identifying strengths and weaknesses in three main areas:
- the personality of the leader, - the composition of the team - the organizational climate. This observation allows for the emergence of opportunities for change that will increase the value of the organization
LU 2 - Context external to the organization - related to production factors
Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will be able to identify opportunities and barriers to funding and talent acquisition to foster innovation.
This learning unit refines the diagnosis and deepens our analysis of production factors, including:
- financial resources, - access to and use of technology - skills, quality and performance of employees. This enables us to make informed investment decisions in key sectors.
LU 3 - How to identify external partnerships that foster innovation
Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will be able to identify opportunities and partners for innovation.
This step allows us to finalize the diagnosis by identifying, in the organization's external environment, the resources and levers that accelerate its development, namely
- the mobilization of external services, - the exploitation of research results - strengthening networks.
