Has earned various certifications, notably ITIL® Expert, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant Manager, PMP and COBIT Foundation, as well as the ten intermediary ITIL® v3 certifications.
With a total of twelve years of IT experience, he is a master of computer infrastructure management. For more than five years now, Frédérick has been specializing in IT services management and acting as an ITIL® consultant, focused on the optimization and implementation of ITSM processes and the selection and integration of ITSM software packages. In 2009, he became an accredited LCS trainer for all ITIL® v3 training.
