She has also obtained several certifications related toITILv3/ITIL4 and Lean SixSigma.
She was a senior consultant in continuous improvement management for nine years. Her academic and professional background includes process reengineering, change management, coaching and training, and IT governance and service management. She currently holds the position of IT governance consultant at Qualiti7.
Today, she focuses her consulting and training interventions on best practices and generally recognized standards in the field of IT service management, more specifically with ITIL®, Lean Management, Lean Six Sigma, and process mapping with BPMN2.0.
