Developing your skills for the right reasons
We've thought of you and created a program, a curriculum, that brings together a series of courses designed to help you achieve specific goals. It's a collection of training courses designed to help you achieve your goals. You're free to take your own path through the program, or you can choose the courses we've designed for Julie, Morgan and their colleagues.
It's all about professional fulfillment, because the most important thing is to have a toolbox that helps us become professionals who are happy for ourselves and valuable for the company. Professionals who will be able to renew, strengthen and develop their skills in response to current and future technological and behavioral changes.
Four areas of development
The program is divided into four axes that gradually expand from the self, at the center, to radiate out into the environment.

At the heart of the program, in the Enriching your foundations axis, are several themes such as :

Each theme offers appropriate learning activities to consolidate what you've learned.

Moving away from the center, the Thrive at Work axis proposes two themes:
Developing critical thinking skills
Developing professional effectiveness
Under each of these themes, you'll find relevant learning activities and, in particular, under the theme of professional effectiveness where the offer is generous, to help you move towards your full potential.

Next, the Prospering with Others axis brings together three major themes:
Collaboration
Communication
Relationship management
Together, these three themes bring together some fifteen learning events to make you a person people want to work with.
My environment
Finally, the Thrive in your environment axis is based on three themes:
Leadership
Ethics, citizenship and well-being
Creativity development
... to help you stay the course even when the winds are against you.
The choice is yours
From now on, the path is up to you. While Kim focuses on Leadership in the Thrive in Your Environment theme, and Morgan charges ahead in the Communication theme, you could choose a theme or even an axis and explore it fully!
Or, on the contrary, choose what's right for you, when it's right for you.
This program equips you to make an impact throughout your career. It's up to you to explore it as you see fit, to become competent, fulfilled professionals ready for the future!
