Organizational communication : Developing and implementing a modele

During this training course, participants will be made aware of the impact of organizational communication and will master the various components of a healthy and sustainable communication structure.

The course covers the various stages essential to the deployment of best communication practices.

1 - What is organizational communication and communication structure?

The first step is to understand the implications of corporate communication. This step is essential to the development of a healthy and effective communication structure. During this stage, participants will discover the M communication model, which they will be able to adapt and deploy in their organization. Participants will thus master the key success factors relating to the design of a healthy, high-performance communication structure.

2 - How to implement a communication structure with effective content and tools.

The second stage consists of learning how to implement an effective communication structure. Participants will master the key success factors relating to communication content, note-taking tools and information management at these meeting points. Participants will be able to create agendas for each established meeting point, thus ensuring a formal and comprehensive communication structure ensuring the achievement of the company's organizational strategy.

3 - Key communication skills to be developed in an organizational context

The third stage of the course aims to deepen participants' understanding of key communication skills and competencies in an organizational context. Participants will be able to understand and apply essential communication skills in an organizational context, including active listening, adapting their messages to suit their interlocutors, and providing continuous feedback. They will also master the main communication models to improve the quality of exchanges in their professional environment.

4 - Developing individual and organizational action plans

The fourth stage aims to concretize and integrate what participants have learned. This step enables participants to put their previously acquired learning into practice to concretely deploy a communication structure and skills they can use within their organization.
