1 - Observe and listen
The first pillar leads participants to adopt a benevolent posture in a work context: observe and listen. Being attentive to the needs and emotions of others, suspending all judgment and giving importance to everyone's words.

The second pillar helps participants learn how to avoid making judgments: being open-minded, considering different perspectives and fostering a climate of mutual understanding and respect.

In the third pillar, participants learn how to communicate with kindness and interrupt tactfully when necessary: using respectful words and tone, expressing opinions constructively, and knowing how to listen actively without interrupting others.
