Course architecture
Interpersonal relationships are not always simple. In order to facilitate them, whether to reduce tensions or simply to make them more efficient, we must first understand our own personality. Once we have mastered the structure of our personality, we can then consider understanding the personality of others, and the possible interactions.
During this process we will see the sources of motivation, tools to be an actor of one's own change, how to develop one's influence and credibility and what are the professional levers that can be taken advantage of according to personality types.
The training is based on the use of the enneagram to identify the deep motivations of our behaviors and thoughts. Having a good awareness of oneself (and possibly of others) is an undeniable asset in the professional world.
The training is based on the use of the enneagram to identify the deep motivations of our behaviors and thoughts. Having a good awareness of oneself (and possibly of others) is an undeniable asset in the professional world.
This training aims to allow participants to quickly decode their thought structure, to understand the why and how of their natural tendencies. They will then be able to identify the pitfalls and limitations of their profile and manage them, depending on the context and circumstances.
The course proposes techniques to quickly identify an interlocutor and decode the triggers (conscious and unconscious) that motivate them. The course also aims to equip participants to understand and anticipate the reactions of those around them so that they can adopt the right attitude in response, regardless of who they are talking to.

Recognizing resistance means giving oneself the means to manage delicate situations by determining the sensitive points of one's colleagues.
These are all essential tools for self-knowledge and knowledge of others, which are the basis of personal and professional success, giving you the necessary means to build your credibility and have an accurate perception of the people around you. Decoding personalities means knowing yourself better, accepting yourself better and communicating better.

- Module 1 - What is a personality profile?
What is my personality...
Our personality is quite complex, but it is possible to map it to define its contours. We will see the nine main traits that define personality and how profiles can complement or oppose each other... in real life.
In this module, participants will see the difference between behavior and personality and the importance of decoding the motivations that cause behavior.
Strengths and weaknesses of personalities
Mapping allows us to list the major personality types and to target which one is the most dominant in us, even though we may have "secondary" profiles. After this first step, it is important to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each profile. And more precisely, what is the deep engine that drives us.

- Module 2 - What are the three intelligence centers?
Although we all have the three levels of intelligence, participants will see that they respond to a different hierarchy depending on the profile.
The instinctive center - here and now
The emotional center - wants and needs
The mental center - logic and objectivity
While each has different preferred centers, one is not better than the other. Similarly with the Profiles, it is all about different ways of approaching life.
The challenge lies in our ability to recognize the predominance of one center over the others and to start working on ourselves to develop a better balance between the centers.

- Module 3 - Integration and Disintegration of Personality Profiles
Participants will see how circumstances, the context influence our personality profile and can favor the positive or negative aspects, depending on the nature of the stress. In other words, how we can maximize our contribution or practice self-sabotage.
- Modules 4, 5 and 6 - Using the Preferred Center
In this module participants will see the impact of the three centers of intelligence on the nine personality profiles. We will also see that the profiles can use the centers outward (others), inward (self) or balancing both. The deciphering of the profiles and their use of the centers can be even more granular as some profiles use one center outward and another inward... This will be more obvious and understandable with examples and real life cases.
- Module 7 - What contributes to personality variations?
"People don't change", in fact they do! Our personality is enriched and developed over time, but not only that. In this module participants will see the influence (sometimes relative) of the secondary profiles (the wings), on the main profile. An influence that can change over time.
We will see here how it is possible to work on certain aspects of one's secondary profile to improve negative points in order to allow a positive evolution.
- Module 8 - Which world view for which profile?
In this module, participants will see the main features of each profile, their characteristics in a positive and negative context.
- Module 9 - Profile mapping
We saw in the first module that it is possible to map a personality profile. This mapping provides two pieces of information, the first of which is the main profile. In this module, participants will see the second piece of information, namely that it is possible to determine a hollow mapping, a sort of inverted mirror of the main profile.
The main profile informs us about the spontaneous reactions of a profile in times of negative stress (disintegration).
On the other hand, the trough profile gives us indications on the reaction during a positive stress (integration).
On the other hand, the trough profile gives us indications on the reaction during a positive stress (integration).
